The reality

Most local businesses lose the review game by default

Usually it isn't a quality problem. Nobody owns it, and that costs more than you'd think.

Silence reads as risk

People check reviews before they choose a local business. A thin or stale profile quietly sends them to the competitor with a fuller one.

The reviews that hurt sit unseen

The one-star that lands on a Tuesday afternoon does the most damage when nobody sees it for a week. Speed is the whole game.

Most customers never get asked

Most customers would leave a review in thirty seconds if you asked. Almost none of them will do it unprompted.

How it works

Three things, done properly

Localblend doesn't try to be a full marketing suite. It focuses on the three jobs that actually move your rating.

01 · Collect

Ask every customer, while it's fresh

Branded email requests go out after a visit, with an automatic follow-up if there's no response. Print a QR for the counter. Every route lands on your own branded page.

  • Automatic follow-up if they don't respond
  • QR codes and short links for the counter or invoice
  • Google-compliant, with the same link for every customer
02 · Reply

AI drafts you read, tweak and approve

Every new review arrives with three drafts in different tones, written from the review and your business. Read it, change a word, post. You always approve before anything goes live.

  • Three tones to choose from, then edit and post
  • An alert for any 1–2★ review, usually within a few hours
  • Nothing is ever posted without your approval
03 · Convert

A review page that looks like your business

Add your logo, brand color and wording. Customers tap a star and go straight to Google. Anyone who leaves a low rating can also send the owner a private note, and they still see the link to review publicly.

  • Your brand, not ours, on the page
  • Every customer reaches the public Google path
  • Private feedback is an extra step, never a replacement

We never gate reviews

Review gating means hiding the Google link from customers you expect to be unhappy. It breaks Google's policy and puts your profile at risk. Localblend shows every customer the same public Google path, whatever rating they pick. The private-feedback option is additional, never a replacement. More genuine reviews, the way that lasts.

Frequently asked

What does Localblend do?
Localblend is review management software for local businesses. It brings your Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews into one inbox, helps you reply in seconds with AI-drafted responses you approve, sends review requests by email, and gives you a branded review page. It works for a single location, a group of locations, or an agency managing many clients.
Do you gate or filter bad reviews?
Never. Every customer is shown the same public Google review path regardless of their rating. Low-rating customers can additionally leave private feedback, but that never replaces the public path. Review gating breaks Google's policy, and we won't do it.
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial, but every plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, once per customer. You can also try our free tools without creating an account.
Do I need to connect my Google account?
No. You link each location to its Google listing by pasting its Google Maps link, and reviews start arriving. To reply, you approve the draft here and post it from the Google account that manages your listing. In Chrome, our helper opens the review and fills your reply in, so you just press Post. In other browsers, the reply is copied for you to paste.
Will the AI replies sound generic?
Each draft is written from the review and your business details, and you get three tones to choose from. Most owners edit a word or two and post. You always approve before anything goes live.
Can I send review requests by SMS?
Not yet for individual businesses: requests go out by email, with an automatic follow-up if someone doesn't respond, and QR codes cover in-person visits. SMS is on our roadmap. Agencies can already send texts for their clients through their own Twilio account. You can import customers from a CSV or add them one at a time.
Which review sources are supported?
Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp all land in the same inbox. Review requests and your branded review page point at Google, where new reviews do you the most good. Facebook and Trustpilot are on the roadmap.
