Localblend vs NiceJob

NiceJob automates reviews, referrals and repeat bookings for home-service businesses, triggered when a job closes in software like Jobber or Housecall Pro. It publishes two plans, $75 and $125 a month, with no contract for a single location; multi-location customers get a custom quote and a contract. Localblend is focused review management for one location or hundreds, with Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp in one inbox, published per-location pricing at every size, and white-label for agencies. If you're a single-location trade business that runs on Jobber, NiceJob fits well. If you have several locations, reviews beyond Google, or clients to manage, Localblend fits better, and costs less.

Pricing for one and five locations

NiceJob publishes two plans: Starter at $75 a month and Pro at $125 a month, billed monthly with a 14-day free trial. For more than one location it quotes a custom price, and it says multi-location and franchise customers have contracts. Its help centre says each location with its own Google Business Profile needs its own licence, so five locations at list price would be $375 to $625 a month before any discount.

Asking for reviews

This is NiceJob's strength. It connects to Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks and other job and invoicing software, and sends a text and email request when a job closes or an invoice is paid, with automatic follow-ups.

Localblend sends email requests with an automatic follow-up, gives every location a QR code and short link, and imports customer lists from a spreadsheet. It doesn't connect to job software yet, and only agencies can text requests, through their own Twilio account. Every customer gets the same public review page, whatever their experience.

Replying to reviews

In Localblend, each reply is drafted by AI and approved by you. One click opens the review on Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor with your reply filled in, and you press Post, so you see it exactly as customers will.

NiceJob publishes replies to Google from its app. On Pro, its AI replies to the day's Google reviews automatically around 6pm Eastern, with an optional approval queue. For Facebook and other sites, it sends you to the platform to reply. If your reviews are almost all on Google and you want replies to go out on their own, that's a point in its favour today. Automatic replies by an AI agent are coming to Localblend soon.

For agencies

NiceJob has a reseller programme that gives agencies a lower cost per licence, on the condition that the agency handles all support. Its partner page says resellers often white-label or co-brand the service, but it doesn't document white-label features, and agency pricing isn't published.
