Agency pricing

Priced per client-location, not per client

One account, every client's reviews, billed on the thing that actually grows: the number of locations you look after. Add a client with four sites and you pay for four. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.

How the billing works

You pay for locations, not seats or sends

The count is the number of locations across the clients you actively manage. Pause a client and the count drops with them.

A client-location is one venue

A client with one shop counts as one. A client with six counts as six. That's the whole formula, and it's the same number you see on your own dashboard.

It moves when your book moves

Add a client mid-month and the count goes up. End the relationship and it comes back down. You're never paying for a client you no longer have.

SMS runs on your own account

Agency review requests go through your Twilio, so texts are billed at cost by your provider rather than marked up by us.

Agency pricing questions

What exactly is a client-location?
One physical venue belonging to one of the clients you actively manage. A client with a single shop is one client-location; a client with six is six. Your plan includes a number of them, and anything beyond that is charged at your plan's per-location rate.
What happens when I take on a new client?
Add them and your count goes up, so your next invoice reflects it. If a client leaves or you pause them, the count drops again. You're only billed for the locations you're actively managing.
Do my clients pay you as well?
No. You hold one account and one subscription, and you bill your clients however you like. They never see an invoice from us.
Can I put my own brand on it?
Yes. Every agency plan includes your logo and colours on client dashboards and on the PDF reports you send, and our name is kept out of the client view. Serving those dashboards from your own web address is on the roadmap.
How do team seats work?
A seat is one person in your agency account, and the owner takes the first one, so three seats means you plus two colleagues. A pending invite holds a seat until it's accepted or cancelled. If you need more room than your plan has, cancel an unused invite, remove someone who's left, or move up a plan. Your clients don't use your seats.
Which plan should I start on?
Starter up to about seventeen client-locations, Pro from eighteen. That's where the lower per-location rate makes Pro the cheaper of the two, and we tell you in the app when you cross it rather than letting you overpay through it. Moving between plans takes a click.
I'm a business, not an agency.
Then the business plans are the ones you want, priced per location for a single business or a group. They're on the main pricing page.
