Google Business Profile review management

Every Google review across your locations, in one inbox, within the hour. Localblend drafts the reply, you approve it, and posting takes one click on Google. No OAuth queue, no API approval: add your Place ID and reviews start arriving.

Last updated September 2026

Localblend manages your Google Business Profile reviews from one place. Add a location's Place ID and Localblend syncs its reviews hourly into a single inbox, sorts them by what needs attention, and writes three reply drafts in different tones for each one. You pick a draft, edit it if you want, then post it on your Business Profile, where replies are published. Agencies add every client's locations and work the whole book from one account.

How it works

1

Add your Place ID

Paste the Place ID for each location. Nothing to authorise, nothing to wait for, no password shared.

2

Reviews sync into one inbox

Localblend imports your recent reviews and refreshes them hourly, sorted by what needs a reply first.

3

Approve a draft and post it

Each review arrives with three replies in different tones. Pick one, edit it, copy it and post it on your profile.

4

Get alerted to what matters

A low rating triggers an immediate alert so you can respond the same hour, not the same week.

What you get

Live the day you sign up

Most tools need a verified Business Profile connection before they show you anything. Localblend needs a Place ID.

A working inbox in minutes, not weeks.

Hourly review sync

Every Google review across every location lands in one inbox, kept current through the day.

Nothing sits unseen in a profile nobody checks.

Three drafts per review

Written from the review itself and your business, in different tones. You always edit and approve before anything is published.

A considered reply in seconds instead of a blank box.

Low-rating alerts

An email and an in-app alert the moment a 1–2★ review lands, so nothing sits unseen.

Respond fast, where speed matters most.

Built for many locations

Add every location, or every client's locations if you are an agency, under one login.

One place for every profile you manage.

Quick answers

How does Localblend connect to Google Business Profile?

With your location's Place ID, which is public. There is no OAuth screen, no password sharing and no waiting for Google to approve API access, so your inbox fills the same day you sign up.

Can I reply to Google reviews from Localblend?

Localblend writes the reply and you approve it, then post it on your Business Profile in one click. Google only accepts replies published from the profile itself, so Localblend does the drafting and Google does the publishing.

Can agencies manage multiple Google Business Profiles?

Yes. An agency adds every client location and manages them all from one account, with a combined inbox and per-client reports.

What isn't supported yet

  • Replies are posted on your Google Business Profile, not from inside Localblend. Localblend drafts and you publish, which takes one click.
  • Review syncing runs hourly rather than instantly, so a brand new review can take up to an hour to appear.
  • Historic reviews are imported up to the most recent 100 per location when you first add it.
Google review policy

Localblend works within Google's review policies. It never gates reviews, never filters by rating, and every customer you ask sees the same public Google review path. Replies are written by you and published by you on your own profile.

FAQ

Do I need to connect my Google account?

No. A Place ID is enough to read your reviews and to build your public review link. Nothing is authorised against your Google account, so there is nothing to revoke.

Why does Localblend not post replies to Google for me?

Google publishes replies from the Business Profile itself. Localblend drafts the reply, keeps it beside the review, and gives you a copy button and a direct link, so posting is a click rather than a retype.

How quickly do new reviews appear?

Within the hour. A 1–2 star review also triggers an immediate alert, so the ones that matter reach you straight away.

Can I manage more than one Google profile?

Yes. Add several locations, or every client's locations if you're an agency, and manage them all from one account.

Does Localblend support other review sites?

Yes. TripAdvisor and Yelp reviews land in the same inbox as your Google reviews. Facebook and Trustpilot are on the roadmap.
