Localblend vs Reputation.com
Reputation.com, which now calls itself Reputation, is a platform for multi-location brands that covers reviews, listings, surveys, social and messaging. It publishes prices per location, from $80 a month, but sells through its sales team, and its agreement renews for the same term unless you give 30 days' written notice. Yelp and TripAdvisor are paid extras. Localblend is focused review management for one location or hundreds, with Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp in one inbox at no extra cost, published prices you can sign up for today, monthly billing and white-label for agencies. If you want reviews, listings, surveys and social from one vendor across a large brand, Reputation.com is broader. If the job is more reviews and faster replies without a renewing contract, Localblend fits better.

Which is right for you
- You want Yelp and TripAdvisor reviews in the same inbox as Google, without paying extra for them.
- You want the freedom to cancel, not an agreement that renews itself unless you give notice.
- You're an agency that wants to run reviews for clients under your own brand, at a published price.
- You want reviews, listings, surveys, social publishing and messaging from one vendor.
- You're a large brand with regions and districts that wants a customer success manager and professional services.
- You rely on industry integrations, such as dealer, property management or health record systems, to trigger requests.
- You want replies to go out automatically, by rule or with AI, without approving each one.

Pricing for five locations
Reputation.com publishes three plans, priced per location a month: Rep Core at $80, Rep Core + Pulse at $115 and Rep Core + Surveys at $150. Each is bought through its sales team, and the term is set in your order form. Yelp and TripAdvisor are paid extras, as are competitor insights, social and managed services. Five locations on Rep Core come to $400 a month, or $4,800 a year, before any of those.
Contract and cancelling
Reputation.com's service agreement (effective 1 May 2025) sets the term in your order form and renews it for the same length unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before it ends. It has no right to cancel early for convenience, refunds only in narrow cases such as its own uncured breach, and lets fees change at each renewal.
Localblend bills monthly or yearly with no lock-in. You can cancel from your account at any time, and every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Replying to reviews
In Localblend, each reply is drafted by AI and approved by you. One click opens the review on Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor with your reply filled in, and you press Post, so you see it exactly as customers will.
Reputation.com publishes replies from its platform to Google, Facebook and other sites you connect, and to Yelp if you buy its Yelp bundle. It can reply automatically by rule or with AI, and pending replies can be set to publish on their own if no one approves them in time. If you want replies to go out without anyone approving them, that's a point in its favour today. Automatic replies by an AI agent are coming to Localblend soon.
For agencies
Reputation.com has a certified reseller programme, in which partners sell and support its platform. We found no white-label option on its site or in its help centre, and partner pricing isn't published. Its agreement doesn't let customers resell the service.
