Localblend vs ReviewTrackers
ReviewTrackers is reputation management and insights software for multi-location and franchise brands. Plans start at $89 per location a month, paid annually, and are sold through a demo; its agreement renews for the same term unless you give 30 days' written notice. It watches more than 100 review sites, replies in the app to Google, Facebook and a few industry sites, and adds sentiment analysis, competitor insights and listings. Localblend is focused review management for one location or hundreds, with Google, TripAdvisor and Yelp in one inbox, published prices, monthly billing and white-label for agencies. If you need 100+ sites, analytics across a large brand and a dedicated success manager, ReviewTrackers is broader. If the job is more reviews and faster replies without a yearly contract, Localblend fits better.

Pricing for five locations
ReviewTrackers says its plans start at $89 per location a month, paid annually. Its three plans (Data-Only, Starter and Essential) are sold through a demo, and texting, listings and local rank tracking cost extra. At the starting rate, five locations come to at least $445 a month, or $5,340 a year paid up front.
Contract and cancelling
ReviewTrackers' master service agreement renews automatically for the same term unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before it ends. It gives no refunds, the locations you start with become your minimum for the term, removing a location doesn't lower the bill before the term ends, and rates can go up at each renewal.
Localblend bills monthly or yearly with no lock-in. You can cancel from your account at any time, and every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Replying to reviews
In Localblend, each reply is drafted by AI and approved by you. One click opens the review on Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor with your reply filled in, and you press Post, so you see it exactly as customers will.
ReviewTrackers publishes replies from its app to Google and Facebook, and to a few industry sites such as Booking.com, Healthgrades and Trustpilot, once you connect them. For Yelp and TripAdvisor you copy the reply and post it on the site. Its admins can set templates that reply automatically on Google and Facebook. If you want replies to go out without anyone approving them, that's a point in its favour today. Automatic replies by an AI agent are coming to Localblend soon.
For agencies
ReviewTrackers has a partner programme for agencies, with a multi-client account, scorecards for winning new clients, and white label as an add-on. Its prices for partners aren't published, and reselling needs a separate reseller agreement.
