Review gating

Review gating is the practice of filtering which customers are asked for a public review based on how they're likely to rate you. For example, routing happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to a private form. It violates Google's review policies and can get your reviews removed or your profile restricted. The compliant alternative is to offer every customer the same public review path, whatever their experience.
